Hotel Contracts Coordinator - Bilingual German A Great opportunity for a an administration / product role within the Contracting team of this leading tour operator. This market leading Company provide an excellent working environment and are based in the heart of the city. If you have relevant travel expereince and ideally worked with Hotel contracts, this is an opportunity not to be missed!! Hotel Contracts Coordinator - Bilingual German Duties: - Back-up for the Hotel Contractors while they are away on business - Assisting with hotel contract negotiations - Inputting contracts into the in-house database - Preparing itineraries for contracting trips, and any other general administrative duties Hotel Contracts Co-ordinator - Bilingual German Skills required: - Previous experience in the travel industry is ESSENTIAL, preferably within tour operations - Any experience of dealing with supplier contracts (particularly hotel contracts) would be a distinct advantage - Excellent communication skills - Good administration skills - German language The successful candidate can expect yo earn upto GBP17k with excellent benefits, such as flexitime and the chance of a good bonus.
