Customer Relations Administrator A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Relations Administrator to join this rapidly growing and award winning Accomodation provider. Working in purpose built office, this company offer excellent working conditions in a fun and friendly environment. Customer Relations Administrator Responsibilities: - All inbound post is logged within 24 hours of receipt - All new complaints are acknowledged within 7 days of receipt. - Instigate and ensure all reports and investigation work is started and completed within 14 days of receipt of a new complaint. - Provide reports and feedback on department in absence of Manager. - Ensure we stop payment on bookings where no report is received. Customer Services Administrator skills required: - Travel industry expereince is preffered in an Administartion role. - Professional, personable & credible - Enthusiastic, friendly and approachable - Self-motivated - Flexible and reliable - Calm under pressure - Able to build good working relationships across all levels The successful candidate can expect to earn a salary of about GBP17k and work for one of the Uks largest and most successful Accomomdation providers.
