This is an excellent opportunity to work for the UKs leading provider of residential activity holidays and educational courses for children. Having been established for over 50 years they know how to provide their guests with fun, adventure and learning in a safe supportive environment. They have a number of reservations departments all providing excellent advise and expertise across a range of different types of holidays, this Customer Support Operations Manager role is managing the Adventure UK team. Customer Support Operations Manager Responsibilities: * Manage and develop a team that builds long standing relationships with our customers, ensures customers are retained and delivers the highest level of customer service. * The customer Support and Operations Manager holds overall responsibility for managing the team that serves their customers at all times * To maximise the financial yield from bed stock * Recruit, mentor, manage, appraise and develop the Customer Supports team to deliver the highest levels of customer service * To ensure that customer feedback is dealt with swiftly.
