This is an independent small Theatre and Hotel booking company who have been running for over 27 years based in Hertfordshire have an exciting new role for a Hotel Contact Manager. They offer competitive salary along with excellent staff benefits, and anyone with a relevant experience and a passion for the Theatre would fit in perfectly. Hotel Contract Manager Responsibilities: * Maintaining relationships with hoteliers * Negotiating new and old hotel rates and contracts with hotels based within the UK * Occasionally meeting with clients face-2-face * Education staff on product and arranging visits * Contacting Theatres to organise deals * Occasionally dealing with any problematic bookings Hotel Contact Manager Skills Required: * Previous hotel contracting experience * Hotel Contract Assisting looking for the next step up would be considered * Experience of dealing with hotelier and maintaining relationships * Knowledge of the London hotel market would be a huge advantage * A passion for the Theatre would also be a huge advantage Additional Information: * Paying GBP20-24K depending on experience * Based in Hertfordshire * Working Mon - Fri - 09.00 - 17.00 * 20 days hol plus bank holidays * Pension contribution of up to 5% of salary * Free tickets to see new London Theatre shows every week.
