A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for one of the largest tour operators in their market-leading specialist operation. Based in the heart of one of the biggest shopping centres SW London and close to the river, the office location is second to none. Senior Commercial Analyst Responsibilities: * Assisting the Commercial Manager to develop and implement pricing strategies across all brands * Maintaining and reviewing touring price and cost spreadsheets * Create and maintain an accurate cost base for all products within the division at all times * Manage and manipulate hotel costs, flight rates and other variables to determine recommended prices for brochure, special offers and tactical pricing * Provide in-depth competitor analysis and recommendations for base prices, supplements, flying supplements for both traditional tour operators and on line operators * Ensuring the desired profit margin is achieved. Senior Commercial Analyst Skills Required: * Very numerate with excellent mathematical skills * Strong commercial acumen * Previous experience within Travel is essential, alternatively yield and revenue management could be considered * Good manipulation of data and lateral thinking * IT literate.
