This well established Car Rental / Hire Specialist have been running for over 35 years and started as a family run company and now currently has over 90 office locations, with them currently recruiting within their High Wycombe Office where they need someone asap. Reservation Agent / Customer Service Agent Responsibilities: * Dealing with car rental booking over the phone, fax and e-mail. * As Reservation Agent youll be dealing with any additional customer questions in a polite, friendly manor. * Dealing with customer complaints * Additional to making reservations youll also be required to deal with all relevant administration.
