This role is based in with their Luton office. Commercial Planning Assistant Responsibilities: * Making decisions on which hotels are to feature in their programme, what the brief for purchasing requirements should be and what price should be in the brochure * Having input into a 3 year strategy in conjunction with seniors and implement it for each destination * Ensure share and profit objectives are put in place with purchasing * Work with late traders and pricing team to ensure all pricing and planning activity should work towards joint planning and trading goals * Continually monitor the beds to seats position to ensure they are selling the correct bed stock * To ensure they sell the best possible rates in the late market Commercial Planning Assistant Skills Required: * Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity in a changing world * Strong conflict management skills * Flexibility in order to ensure department objectives are met.
