Ticketing Agent responsibilities: - Issuing nett, published and contracted fare tickets - Assisting in refunds, MCOs and general administration within the operations/ticketing department - Issuing IATA air tickets and rail tickets - Assisting reservations staff with ticketing issues Ticketing Agent skills required: - You must have scheduled airline ticketing experience or have a recent fares & ticketing qualification i.e. BA level 2, IATA level 2, VA level 2 - An understanding of a CRS system (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo or Worldspan) would be beneficial Additional Information: - Salary is GBP14,000 - GBP17,000 plus benefits - You will need to be flexible as the department works on a rotating shift pattern.
