C&M Travel Recruitment have just launched their brand new website with a clean, contemporary design and exciting range of features, including an innovative new CV product.

The new layout allows the user to identify permanent and temporary roles by location and clearly shows the number of roles currently available in each sector. There are also a range of tools and services for candidates, such as the popular iPhone App, job alerts, career advice and online travel training; and for clients, monthly HR advice along with the ability to upload vacancies and view candidate profiles.

Arguably the most exciting development on the C&M website is the addition of the C&M CV function which uses the latest technology to offer both candidates and clients a more time- efficient and accurate start to the selection and interview process. C&M Director, David Robinson, who sourced and implemented the advancement, explained, " The new C&M CV innovation adds so much authenticity to the whole recruitment process by literally bringing the traditional CV to life. It allows candidates to showcase their talents and individuality more clearly and gives clients more than just a piece of paper to go on when pre-selecting candidates. There is a facility that enables candidates to record a short video to show potential employers their personality and presentation strengths. This function can also work well in a preliminary interview capacity as clients can use it to obtain answers to specific set questions. We believe it will really revolutionise the way candidates are selected."
