C&M improve candidate hiring with our new Interview innovationC&M Recruitment improve candidate hiring with our new Interview innovation We are launching a new online interview tool, which allows us to create branded CVs to distribute to our clients. Using this tool, we can invite a candidate who has submitted a CV to undertake an interview on our CV portal, using a tailored set of questions that can be answered through text, video or multiple choice. We can also set a time limit on the interview. Candidates whose CVs come from job boards we advertise our roles on can also be easily invited for interview using the new tool. So far feedback from our clients has been very positive and we expect this to increase the number of C&M candidates get that job. This really does mean that a C&M candidate is represented in the best possible way and a client receiving a C&M CV will know that this is a perfect Candidate for their company. |
