Temporary Client Service Promise
- It is our intention to check in our Temporary Associates.
- We will always be in touch and keep you fully informed at a timescale agreed by you.
- We will always implement a quality assurance call within the first day of the temp starting to ensure all is well.
- We offer bespoke service level agreements
- One point of contact. However we also operate a ‘buddying' system for when your main contact is out of the office.
- We can offer weekly client calls and a temp rebook service according to your needs. Speak to your Consultant for further details.
- We ensure that all of our temps are able to work legally in the UK.
- We are able to provide Management Information on spend and activity and offer regular review meetings.
