Contracts and Interim Staff
With the current economic situation, a lot of companies are hesitant to take on permanent members of staff. However, that isn't to say that you should struggle through trying to cope with demand and put undue pressure on your existing staff. There are other recruitment solutions that you can consider, which, at a time when you are looking at all costs, will be far more cost effective.
