Customer Service
The Customer Service department is a customer-facing department, which deals with bookings once the Travel Consultant or Travel Agent has made them. Generally the Customer Service department will deal with all enquires and amendments pre-departure but can also deal with in-resort queries and post departure complaints. C&M Travel Recruitment work with many of the major business and leisure travel companies as well as airlines, car hire and cruise companies across the UK to provide Customer Service staff solutions. There are a number of roles that C&M Travel Recruitment recruit for in the Customer Service sector including: 
The Customer Service Consultant will deal with customer efficiently over the phone to make amendments to customer’s bookings, deal with customer cancellations and offer alternatives. The Customer Service Consultant will also advise clients of any flight and accommodation changes whilst providing good customer service at all times. The Customer Service Assistant will provide support to the Customer Service Consultant or Customer Service Manager often advising clients of changes to their itineraries.
The Customer Service Manager or Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for the running of the Customer Services department. This includes managing the team, ensuring all service delivery standards are met. Generally you must have previous customer service experience within a tour operator at Supervisory level and a good command of the English language.
