American Express is currently looking to recruit full time Travel, Lifestyle and Customer Service Consultants to join their vibrant offices in both Brighton and Horley. Depending on the role, you could be advising customer on billing enquiries, raising awareness of exclusive services such as film premieres and sporting events, or arranging worldwide travel for prestigious customers.
You'll need lots of enthusiasm, exceptional customer services and strong communication skills. Previous travel industry experience is highly desirable and call centre experience is preferred.
In return for your commitment you will be rewarded with a fantastic salary of between £16,300 - £19,500 per annum dependent on the role. You will also receive excellent company benefits. Hours are on a shift rota basis, including some weekend work so an additional shift allowance will be paid. These are permanent positions and training will be given.
