Here's a list of some of the things you should know:
- The company's main product or service and whether have they launched any new products or services recently.
- A basic history of the company - when was it established, where, is it part of a group
- Any recent awards they have won, or any news items
- The job spec and what that role entails
- Who are the main competitors
And don't forget to make some notes about your own experience and achievements, so that you can recall all your relevant personal and career moments at the interview
HOT TIP!
Whatever you do, do your homework - a lack of knowledge will be interpreted as a lack of interest!
