Experienced Travel Manager or Team Leader required with a wealth of experience within the cruise sales and cruise tour operator industry for a leading online travel agency to join its' sales team in Leicester. The successful Cruise Team Manager will be rewarded with an excellent basic salary of up to £25K plus bonus and have the benefit of working exceptional working hours for a travel cruise sales company as the operational hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm and up to only 2pm during weekends.

This is a unique opportunity within a very buoyant travel market to join an exciting venture within cruise sales where the majority of cruise clients search for the best deals on offer via the internet.

As the successful Cruise Team Leader you will:-
- Oversee day to day Cruise Team sales and operations including quality of service, sales and customer service performance.
- Achieve the cruise service level objectives for all customer communication channels (telephone, VSS & email). Take early and appropriate remedial action when SLA's are not being achieved to ensure that optimum performance levels are restored.
- Achieve Cruise service level objectives for all post sales functions (reservation amendments or cancellations, refunds, ticketing & fulfillment, email correspondence, and customer relations)
- Set realistic but stretching targets for the cruise sales function, the cruise sales consultants and cruise agents, monitoring performance of the Cruise Sales Team

The suitable individual for the Cruise Team Leader will:-
- Have a wealth of experience within cruise products having held a similar role as a cruise Team Leader / Team Manager or Assistant Manager from within the online travel sector or retail travel environment
