Travel Consultant, London, up to £23k + bonus
Are you an experienced travel consultant working with both long and shorthaul packages? If so our client an upmarket company are looking a consultant to work with luxury clients managing any package holiday needs, The offer a fantastic salary up to £23k + a performance bonus

Travel Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Research each enquiry and provide quotes using your knowledge of destinations, operators and local
  • Both European and Long Haul Package Destinations
  • Manage requests in line with agreed deadlines
  • Offer fantastic service to discerning clients
  • Assist team leaders and member satisfaction team when resolving customer care issues

Travel Consultant Requirements:

  • Experience within the travel industry and excellent tour operator and supplier knowledge
  • Attention to detail with time constrained situations
  • Fantastic talent for delighting customers who expect the finest service
  • This role will suit an experience travel consultant, travel advisor or reservations consultant.

Additional Information:

  • Salary up to £23k with monthly service performance bonus
  • One weekend day in three, either Saturday or Sunday
  • Lifestyle benefits
